Delivery Time

Processing Time:
Orders are processed for shipment within the next business day, from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 6:30 pm.
Tips: Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Time:
- US Warehouse Stock: Shipped via USPS, typically takes 4-7 working days.
- No US Warehouse Stock (non-remote areas): Shipped via DHL Express from China, typically takes 5-8 working days.
- No US Warehouse Stock (remote areas): Shipped via Standard Shipping, typically takes 8-15 working days.
Tips: For Standard Shipping, the package will be air shipped from China to the USA, taking 4-7 working days during which tracking information is unavailable. After clearing customs in the USA, USPS will handle the delivery within 4-7 working days, and tracking information will then be available.
Multiple Items Order
If your order includes multiple items, please note that they may arrive in separate packages due to stock availability at different warehouses. We cover the shipping costs for separate packages and will email you with individual tracking numbers for each package.
Track Your Order
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and order number via email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can you deliver to a post office box address?
A: Currently, our shipping partners cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Providing such an address will delay the delivery of your items.
Q: How do I know where my package has arrived?
A: After we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can check the status of your package on PetHey Track Order page.
Q: Can I change my address?
A: If your order has not yet shipped out, we can help you change the address. However, if the order is already on its way to the destination, we won't be able to change the address. In this case, you may need to contact your local logistics company for a solution.
