Damages and Issues
At PetHey, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at service@petheylife.com with your order details and proof of the issue (e.g., photos/videos). We will promptly assess the situation and arrange for a return, replacement, or reshipment of missing parts.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at service@petheylife.com to initiate the process.
1-Year Warranty
All PetHey products come with a 1-year warranty against defects. If an issue arises due to our fault within this period, we’ll repair or replace the item.
Note:

The warranty covers defects beyond the initial 30 days but excludes damage from misuse or negligence.

Proof of purchase and issue (e.g., photos/videos) is required.
Return & Refund Process

Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide a return address.

Ship Back: Send the item to our warehouse and share the tracking number.

Note: We currently do not provide return shipping labels or cover return costs.

Refund: Upon receipt, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will reflect in your account within 2–3 days thereafter.
Refund Tiers:

Full refund: Item must be unused, in original condition, with all parts/packaging.

75% refund: Minor signs of use or missing accessories.

50% refund: Significant use or missing packaging.

No refund: Items in poor condition or missing critical components (e.g., dog collar).
Replacement Process

Within 30 days: Unconditional replacement if the item is unused and in original condition.
