I am very satisfied with the collar and their customer service. I love the option of having a device that creates a fence where Scout doesn’t have to be on a leash. He is able to enjoy himself and walk freely. We also use the vibrate and beep noise for barking and training. I would recommend this collar to anyone who has a puppy and would like help training and teaching their dog. The collar is very user friendly and will stay charged for days. It took less than 5 minutes to set up and I could use it instantly. I am very thankful for this company and their product.
This product so far works great dog is already got his boundary. Easy to setup and work. Great value . Battery life is great.
Before purchasing, I consulted with the customer service team because I have 5 dogs and wanted an invisible fence to keep them safe. They recommended this product, and I like it. It's very suitable for our environment, as I can set up the transmitter from inside the house. The only downside is that each transmitter supports only 3 dogs, so I had to buy two transmitters. However, it still works well and solved my problem effectively.
